Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Erecting and dismantling temporary scaffolding to support crew members in the construction, repairing, and maintenance of a building or other human-made structures
Following safety guidelines and regulations
Using hand and power tools to erect and dismantle scaffolding
Maintaining and repairing scaffolding and other temporary structures after their use
Inspecting the quality of a scaffold to ensure its in good condition and meets the industry standards
Coordinating and assisting with other crew professionals as part of daily tasks
Maintaining records and documentation of scaffolding activities
Providing feedback to managers to improve the scaffolding process
