You will lead the Omnichannel and store modules for a major Retail ERP implementation program.Client DetailsA very successful, leading organisation in Dubai.DescriptionSupport the ERP transformation aligned with business stakeholders and SI partner, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery of modules.Ensure end-to-end delivery of business requirements in SAAS-based environment, covering POS systems, order management, integration, data migration, and reporting, with a focus on transitioning to (BAU) on closure.Act as a liaison between functional and business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defining test cases, validating functionalities, providing ad-hoc training, and supporting users as needed.Collaborate closely with functional consultants and product owners to design test cases, ensuring validation of business requirements.ProfileBachelors / Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science.Overall 12- 15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of Omnichannel-enabled Retail Store System experience.Must have experience in leading complex SAP Retail ERP transformations cloud SaaS implementation with integrations to multiple in-house and external systems.The ideal candidate must have at least 3 Implementation experiences in Retail ERP and POS systems including Store Rollout and experience in integrating 3rd party applications with POS including EFT and payment gateway.Implementation Experience in a Retail Omnichannel including e-commerce will be an added advantage.Job OfferOpportunity to work with a large conglomerate.
