Have 7+ years of experience in SAP as a SuccessFactors solution architect.? SuccessFactors Competency: RCM, PM/GM, Succession/CDP and Employee Central modules with 2 years of project implementation experience.? Having 4 SuccessFactors projects implementation experience.? Having 5 SuccessFactors certifications in RCM, PMGM, Succession, CDP, and EC.? Over 6 years of experience in SAP success factor with extensive experience in PA/OM, Performance? Management, Time Management, HCM Process and Forms (Adobe/ FPM based forms),? Travel Management, ESS/ MSS with (Portal Administration, Webdynpro and Landing page), E-Recruiting, Talent Management, LSO and HR Renewal 2.0.? Managing and leading teams in implementing Enterprise Solutions.? Design and architect Enterprise HR project implementations.? Maximizing full potential of Enterprise systems by configuring out of the box functionalities for clients.? Helping clients/customers perform their business better by giving Enterprise cost-effective design solutions.? Providing quality software deliverables by using quality assurance procedures and controls? Engaging in SuccessFactors presales activity, such as Proposal creation, Estimation for? SuccessFactors projects, Demo of SuccessFactors modules, projects high-level plan and resources matrix creation.? Pre-sale experience is preferred.
