SAP BUSINESS ONE CONSULTANTResponsibilities:General process and functional support for ERP enabled business solutions deployed in the operations throughout the region; specialization within specific core process areas to be assigned as applicable and requiredActive participation in project initiatives at all levels, fulfills local project lead role where applicable considering scope/complexity and commensurate with knowledge base, experience, and domain level expertiseWorks closely with business and IT team to facilitate, gather, and document requirements asinputs to the scope of change and project charter.Work with the business and IT management to coordinate/prioritize the project portfolio within the region, confirm resources, and secure fundingInvolvement in setting and maintaining standard operating procedures for company wide solutions incooperation with the business, Key User network.Effective execution of assigned activity base ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables areproperly monitored and attained.Ongoing communications of activities, initiatives, and issues with team and Manager as appropriate;lead or participate in resolution efforts to address business escalations.Develop and maintain project materials and other documentation (ie charters, status reports,issue/risk logs, etc) as needed.Ongoing awareness of customer satisfaction levels with respect to regional operations and proactivelytaking measures to sustain and/or improveOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:1. Bachelor s or Master s Degree in InformationSystems, Engineering, Business Administration, orequivalent work experience;2. Strong soft and interpersonal skills team player,collaborative, easy to work with3. Strong motivator with respect to team dynamics andteam building.4. Strong working knowledge of core SAP functionalityand/or ancillary systems is an asset.5. Strong communication skills at all levels of theorganization6.
