Job Description

Our ClientA multi-national information technology companyYour Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP Instances that comprises the SAP environment [DEV/QA/PRD/HA/DR]
  • Design and Implement optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability
  • Support SAP Development/Functional team for any operational/project related requirements/issues.
  • Perform day-to-day SAP Basis operational tasks
  • Manage SAP users, authorization & profiles.
  • Periodic review of SAP landscapes and suggest improvements on capacity/security ..etc controls
  • Monitor SAP systems proactively and perform appropriate actions.
  • Manage HANA database/SUSE Linux systems and perform operational/periodic tasks.
  • SAP Solution Manager administration, including the CHARM, System Monitoring configuration.
  • Administration of OpenText system and its components.
  • Patch management for application/database & OS components.
  • Work with the development/application team for all integrations within and outside SAP.
  • Co-ordinate with external teams in getting the tasks delivered.
  • Manage SAP licenses
  • Provide support for various internal and external audits.
  • Work with the security, systems, network ..etc team for all the relevant tasks.
  • Work with SAP support for all support functions
  • Review and implement SAP EWA reports periodically.
  • Manage backups and perform and backup/restore drills.
  • Perform HA/DR drills periodically.
  • Manage systems on cloud
Your Qualifications
  • SAP Certified, 3+ Years of consulting/support experience in SAP Basis.
  • Experience in SAP Architectural design and deployment of all SAP components including S/4HANA.
  • Solid experience in SAP Installations, Upgrades, conversions of SAP systems on Linux platforms.
  • Support experience in managing SAP ECC/CRM/BI/Portal/Solution Manager/BO/OpenText ..Etc. systems
  • Experience in SSO,MFA,AD,SAML..Etc... configurations.
  • Performance tuning of SAP systems - across the application, database & OS layers.
  • Experience in HANA, SQL Server, MongoDB, Oracle..Etc. database administration including HA/DR setup
  • Experience in managing public and hybrid clouds
  • Management and Integration of SAP/Applications in laaS/PaaS/SaaS solutions
  • Experience in AIOps/DevOps
  • Knowledge in AI, ML, BigData technologies
  • Cloud certification is desirable.
  • Experience in Linux/Unix/Windows server administration
  • Experience in python scripting
  • Cluster management experience in windows/Linux platforms
  • Experience in managing/supporting containerized applications.
