Job Description

Purpose:The purpose of this role is to Manage Hair & Beauty Salon in UAE/Oman and focus on increasing revenue internally by increasing overall client satisfaction, client retention, service and retail sales, upselling, and to ensure salons profitability.Responsibilities: ?

  1. Ensuring frontdesk, stylist & beauticians are giving great customer service and doing amazing work to ensure clients satisfaction.
  2. Increase clients satisfaction.
  3. Reduce clients complaints.
  4. Increase clients retention.
  5. Increase Retail Sales per visited client.
  6. Increase average service sales receipt per client.
  7. Ensuring salons are always presentable and be rated 5 Star to further enhance clients experience.
