Job Description

Position: Salon Manager-(Female)-UAEPurpose:The purpose of this role is to Manage 3 salons within UAE and focus on increasing revenue internally by increasing overall client satisfaction, client retention, service and retail sales, upselling, and to ensure salons profitability.Responsibilities: ?

  1. Making sure frontdesk, stylist & beauticians are giving great customer service and doing amazing work so clients are satisfied with satisfaction rate of X%
  2. Reduce Client complaints to X %
  3. Increase client retention by X %
  4. Increase client referrals by X %
  5. Increase Overall Retail Sales per visited client by X %.
  6. Increase average service sales receipt per client by X amount.
  7. Making sure salons remains presentable and be rated 5 Star X% of the time, so clients can have a great experience.
Pay Package:
  • Salary: AED17,000 to AED20,000
  • + Sales Commission
  • Free Medical Insurance
  • 30 days paid Vacation + & up to 13 paid local holidays
  • Air ticket allowance
