Job description (salesman) We are looking for a 3 salesman who has 5 years of experience in Prefab cabins sales and technical knowledge if Porta Cabins1. Having good experience in prefab cabins sales (at least 5 years) and technical knowledge of porta cabins2. Valid UAE driver?s license3. Should be Well-dressed, presentable and able to speak English fluently4. Be able to communicate properly and clearly with all customers and suppliers5. Prepare e-mails, quotations on MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook6. Negotiate pricing with customers7. Should be able to meet 4 new clients on per working day basis8. Maintain daily and monthly visit report and submit it daily and monthly to the management9. Take responsibility of the completion of their respective generated orders and payment10. Excellent customer service skillsAbility to multitask Ability to work well in a team Answer the customers questions or problems.Maintain and develop relationships with existing customersPrepare weekly or monthly sales reportKnows how to handle different types of personalitiesComplete all reporting rapidly and accurately, maintaining project and customer database, records up to date with all relevant details Identify new business opportunities with both current or new customers & maintain a good relationship with the customers all the timesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary 6,000 to 8000 per month.
