Be responsible for all Salesforce testing and implementation of applications. This includes coding, configuration, maintenance, testing and debugging, as well as managing timelines and technical documentation.Creating customer workflows. Review of the data, Develop CRM solutions to ensure best practice, this may involve discussing trade-off?s with other teams, designing mapping and functionality requirements.Maintaining user roles and security.Providing technical plans to Business teams. Creation of technical plans and strategies for departments and management of the data.Conduct workshops on changes made to the system, provide training to new users, create and maintain user guides and manuals.Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think ?outside the box? when approaching problems and problem solving.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or related field is a must. Should Min 4 to 8 years of experience.Development Skills: Apex Classes, Trigger, VF Pages, SOQL, SOSL, Batches , Test Class, Wrapper Class, Schedulers, Standard Controller, Custom, Workbench, WSDL, Controller, Controller Extension, VF Email Templates, REST and SOAP.Strong communication and analytical skills.Team Player & result oriented.
