Job Description

Our client is a leading Automotive distribution company in the Middle East.The˙Senior Sales Training Executive role˙with the Middle East office in Dubai.The role requires the candidate to develop and deliver all sales related training functions, including new model Training for Automobiles, Motorcycles and Power Product.Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful implementation, ongoing measurement, and improvement of our Training portal system for Middle East Sales Operation Standard, New Model sales guides and specific Sales Training content.
  • Assess sales teams across the region with online assessments and implement in-dealer sales and skill gap training.
  • Design, develop and deliver Induction to Sales staff. Able to develop and deliver presentations to General Manager and above with clarity and conviction.
