Job Description

Our client is a leading Automotive distribution company in the Middle East.˙The˙Senior Sales Training Executive role˙with the Middle East office in Dubai.The role requires the candidate to develop and deliver all sales related training functions, including new model Training for Automobiles, Motorcycles and Power Product.˙Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful implementation, ongoing measurement, and improvement of our Training portal system for Middle East Sales Operation Standard, New Model sales guides and specific Sales Training content.
  • Assess sales teams across the region with online assessments and implement in-dealer sales and skill gap training.
  • Design, develop and deliver Induction to Sales staff. Able to develop and deliver presentations to General Manager and above with clarity and conviction.
