Job Description

  • Support deal closures by preparing competitive quotes, managing supplier negotiations, and coordinating with Logistics for order fulfilment.
  • Ensure quick response times on quote requests and order submissions.
  • Communicate regularly with customers on order status, addressing inquiries from customers, vendors, and the internal team within specified timelines.
  • Assist the CEO with reporting and administrative duties, while managing an 8-member team across sales, accounting, and logistics departments.
