Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team. The Real Estate Sales Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing team performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of success in real estate sales, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to excel.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training as needed.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, guidance, and personalized service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.5. Monitor and analyze team performance against sales targets and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and results.6. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and professional growth.7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.8. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends, presenting findings to senior management and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities and transactions, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
