Job Description

  • Preparing maintenance quotations, tenders & contracts & Ensures that proposal submissions are compliant with company terms and policies
  • Establishes and maintains the master proposal calendar for tracking proposals, may integrate schedules of all proposals
  • Arrange Statement of Account and overdue list of payments
  • ˙Following up Pending deliveries and Job in Engineering and Purchase Department.
  • Prepare invoice, Receipts, Agreements, Certificates and Correspondence
  • Assist PRO in renewal of license & certificates
  • ˙Assisting sales team as a point of contact for all matters specific to the customers
  • Reviewing engineering service reports and preparing solution based proposals & contracts as per customer needs
