Description:LED Flex is a manufacturer of LED luminaires, established for over 10 years and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support / Estimation to join our growing team in Dubai. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LED Flex we continue to lead the way in terms of performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior lighting products.The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, have experience in a similar role, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be reporting to our office at Dubai Investment Park 2, Dubai.Role Responsibilities-Raising quotations accurately and in a timely manner.-Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for the estimation process, including product specifications, pricing, and lead times.-Manage and maintain client databases.-Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide product information, answer queries and resolve issues.-Generating reports.-Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate internally important feedback.-Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the teams objectives.-Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our product line.Experience / Skills-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.-Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry-Being proactive and flexible.-Good interpersonal skills and professional manner.-Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.-A can-do attitude.-Organised, focused and meticulous approach to work with strong attention to detail.-Experience using Google Suite is advantageous.If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Benefits-Salary is negotiable depending on the experience-Annual incentive scheme as per KPI standards-Company-issued visa- medical insurance-Annual leave with flight ticket-All other policies is as per the UAE labor laws
