Job Description

Position Title:Sales Supervisor ? Traditional TradeEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualificationsplus commission, company car, and other benefitsJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: One of the leading distributor and manufacturer of food and beverage in UAE

  • Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up to date route plans.
  • Responsible and accountable for supervising a team of up to eight to tensalesmen, ensuring the correct service levels, distribution
  • Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets daily as per the plan
  • Review daily the service levels and sales volume and wastage performance by route with each salesman in his team
  • Responsible to ensure that salesmen under his control reconcile their van stocks and cash deposit daily
