Job Description

vJob Overview: The Sales Supervisor will responsible to achieve the sales targets as per the budget set by the company for the financial year and provide sales support by product presentations to ensure the optimal usage of all products through strategic sales technique to existing and new customers. He shall play a fundamental role in developing future growth and provide sales vision, direction and leadership to his designated team. He shall also be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategies for the company in all product range in UAE inboth Government and Private sectors.Duties & Essential Job Functions:1)Generation of Sales2)Meeting Budgets set by Management3)Forecasting4)Develop sales strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.5)Deliver sales by developing relationships with business partners.6)Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customer and prospective customers.
8)Supervise the entire strategic sales process including prospecting, need analysis, presentations, proposals and contract negotiations.9)Supervise and influence a successful and experienced team of sales people.10)Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.11) Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth with the help of Sales staff.12)Build, develop and maintain professional relationships with the company?s strategic allies/partners.13)Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets14)Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
