Looking for Sales Supervisors for Dubai & Abu dhabi area with Mobile field experience in IR channels Roles & Responsibilities: ? Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. ? Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. ? Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. ? Maintain a powerful working knowledge of the direct and indirect competitors in your territory and key accounts. ? Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. ? Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. ? Gain the respect and admiration of team members, elevating you as a trusted and respected leader on our team ? Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. ? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. ? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ? Daily visit to promoter and non-promoter stores and build a good relation with the store managers ? aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets ? Reporting to manager?s daily Skills / Requirements Mobile sales experienced candidates only required Familiar with mobile offline channels customers, skilled to communicate with distributor and shop owner Understanding of the local IR channel market is required hence UAE experience will be preferred.
