Job Description

Position Title: Sales SupervisorEmployment Type: Full Time˙Salary: up to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus commissionJob Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout the Client:˙They are one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in the region

  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics by account and salesman.
  • Plan field visit with Merchandisers and Sales team to monitor their quality of work and implement sales planograms, and promotions by brand.
  • Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed Sales goals and quotas.
  • Organize and coordinate sales & merchandisers journey plans with efficiency by Coaching, Developing and Supporting designated team.
  • Monitor competitor?s activities and timely report to Line Manager and build strong relationship with Business Partners
