Our client is now recruiting for a?Sales Representative Salons / Spas?Responsibilities include:??????????Close sales?initiated by team.??????????Mantain?an in depth knowledge of the company products??????????Increase product awareness.??????????Responsible for product detailing and discussions with the customers for prescription generation??????????Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff??????????Identifying and establishing new business??????????Negotiating contracts??????????Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, physicians and pharmacists??????????Undertaking relevant research??????????Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals??????????Maintaining detailed records??????????Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings??????????Managing budgets??????????Reviewing sales performance??????????Writing reports and other documents??Person specifications:??????????Arabic Speaking??????????Must have at least 2 years Pharma Sales experience in salons and spas?within UAE??????????Must have previous connections and?network within Salons (Salon Owners)?within the territory??????????Excellent organizational skills??????????Commercial awareness??????????Sales skills, confidence, strong interpersonal and communication skills??????????A proven track record within the industry is a must
