We provide to our clients turn-key solutions for bespoke high-end fit-out works, from design, manufacturing, to installation.In order to expand our activities to the Middle East market, FRAPONT is looking for a result-driven salesrepresentative with excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge/network in the construction and fit- outsector.Your Responsibilities:As a freelance sales agent who represents FRAPONT in the Middle East market, you will:? Present, promote and sell Frapont?s services to existing and prospective customers, using valuesand sales pitch of the company.? Analyze the territory/market?s potential, track sales and issue status reports.? Inform the commercial management of FRAPONT on the strategic moves or commercial actionsneeded, to reach key clients and decisionmakers.? Identify possible work opportunities for FRAPONT in the Middle East area and coordinate saleseffort with the main export sales representative in Barcelona.? Achieve agreed sales targets for the Middle East market.? Help our technical office to perform quotations. Providing technical support during meetings withthe clients. Collect and distribute information on the local market prices for basic material sourcing,allowances, and labor.? Support the commercial management during the sale process and contract negotiations.? During the execution of the work, follow up of commitments such as in commercial agreements,payment plans, claims, etc.? During the execution of the work, provide support to Frapont?s international team when in theMiddle East such as: housing, transportation, work permit etc.? Establish, develop, and maintain business and customer relationships that are positive.? Help resolve client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
