Job Description

We?re a new fine jewelry brand launching its e-commerce platform out of Dubai and shipping worldwide. the brand designs and manufactures its jewelry collections in-house.Looking for a dynamic sales representative to join our team.Sales representative will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions received through website, phone and chat/WhatsApp
  • Follow-up on sales made and build customer relationship with brand?s clients
  • Help organize and attend brand?s events and private sales (organized 5-6 times per year)
  • Help founders and management team in growing the brand outreach, including through different distribution channels
