Job descriptionResponsibilities:The Sales Representative shall devote his/her entire time and best efforts to promote the sales and marketing of the very specific products and services of Detay Living to all existing customers and potential customers.The Sales Representative shall also ensure the following:Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reportsEnsure all sales information is provided to the EmployerProvide options for Employer of marketing strategiesCompetitive marketing problems and the current developments in the region.Information on poor credit risk customers.Contents of all correspondence concerning sale or order processing.Cooperation with the Employers personnel.Investigation and handling of customers rejections, service problems, and complaints within the assigned territory.Prompt handling of inquiries, correspondence, and orders received directly or forwarded by the Employer.Speedy follow-up of all inquiries received directly or from the Employer.Promote products/services to new and existing customersPrioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfactionMeet or exceed monthly sales goalsMaintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime valueDevelop and maintain sales and promotional materialsPlan and conduct direct marketing activities
