1. Have an appropriate understanding of the features, specifications and unique selling points (USP?s) of various models we are offering as well as any other models they are compared to.2. Greet and establish relationship with passing customers and provide information on the featured products to the customers by explaining characteristics, specification, and features.3. Pleasantly and professionally manage customer enquiries. 4. Keep up to date with all car models, makes, new arrivals, their pricing, competing dealers, market trends etc. 5. Proactively interact with the customers explaining the competent and enthusiastic range of vehicles in our stock.6. Input and update the customer information in the system and continuously generate a customer database by obtaining positive inquiries.7. Generate potential leads and forward to the concerned personnel on a timely manner. 8. Achieve assigned targets with no compromise to the customer satisfaction.9. Create a positive image for the brand and generate customer interest.10. Distribute brochures, business cards, etc. to source new sales opportunities.11. Maintain the stand/ stall tidy and well stocked with brochures, business cards, etc.12. Employ interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows to share information about a product or service, when necessary.13. Generate reports that outline customers? interest levels, questions asked, feedbacks, potential leads etc.14. Highlight customer needs, concerns, any other issues, etc. to the Management upon request.15. Be presentable and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times. 16. Comply with the mall timings without any fail.17. Additional duties may be added as and when deemed necessary.
