Job Description

Promoter at BrokerDeckWe are developing BrokerDeck ? a platform that connects brokers and developers, providing up-to-date real estate data, smart search tools, and analytics. Our goal is to simplify brokers work and help developers engage more effectively with the market.We are looking for promoters who will represent BrokerDeck at events, interact with brokers, and attract new users to the platform.What You Will Do

  • Work at developer events where our target audience ? brokers ? gathers.
  • Present the BrokerDeck platform, explaining its benefits and value.
  • Assist brokers with the registration process, answer their questions, and encourage engagement.
  • Conduct conversion interactions ? short but effective engagements to increase the user base.
  • Create a friendly and professional atmosphere, enhancing the positive image of BrokerDeck.
  • Gather feedback from brokers, capturing insights to improve the platform.
What Experience We Expect
  • Experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with people.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or other languages is a plus.
  • Presentable appearance, openness, and friendliness.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Part-time, participation in events.
  • Compensation: 300 AED per shift.
  • KPI: 7 AED per registration, with a minimum of 20 registrations required for bonus payouts.
