Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Sales & Procurement Executive (Preferred Female) with 2-3 years of experience for our Deira Dubai Office, who is currently residing in UAE & can join immediately.Good communication & interpersonal skills are a must. Candidate should possess sound knowledge in trading of engineering goods.GLV offers wide range of multi-disciplinary services in Trading & Projects such as Electrical, Electromechanical, Communication, Instrumentation, Fire Alarm, Security Systems, Civil, in addition to Steel fabrication, Specialized Manpower Supply, Material Supplies and General Maintenance works in U.A.E., Kuwait, African Regions and India.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handling requests for RFQs from Clients and responding with respective Quotes appropriately.
  • Send the enquiries to supplier to get the lowest quote.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Preparing the LPOs and coordinating the procurement process.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Coordinate project deliverables.
