Job Description

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities for pontoon systems in the marine industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Handle inquiries and prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including marina operators, contractors, developers, and consultants.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities in the pontoon market.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, innovations, and regulatory requirements.
Product Promotion:
  • Promote the features and benefits of the company?s pontoon products, including floating docks, gangways, and anchoring systems.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and materials.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
