Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to drive our market share development in GCC markets with full accountability to achieve the cos revenue targets. To be successful, the candidate must prove his credentials of establishing product range (mainly HVAC & Plumbing)??in GCC markets (mainly in UAE)??& proven track record of successful target achievements. He must be a team player, a strong technical person with marketing experience & having?convincing personality and knowledge base.Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales and marketing team
  • Successfully achieve the co?s business goals by aligning & driving the team in the right direction
  • Commercially accountable for business results
  • Align, validate and support key regional sales development processes ? demand planning (monthly), rolling forecast (quarterly), perspective planning (annual)
  • Support critical customer meetings, business reviews and sales meeting in the region as needed
  • An established and known person in the GCC markets in which he can be influential to close deals and manage after sales service requirements
