Job Description

This is a Contract role through Manpower - 12 months renewableJOB PURPOSE

  • Provide quality support to ME Zone Director while performing a coordinator role for Sales & Marketing team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Zone Director, and dotted line to the Brand Manager, your main responsibilities will be:Zone Director Personal Assistant:1? Providing high quality support to the Zone Director? Managing the agenda? Planning global visits (flights, taxis, agenda)? Preparing visas for country visits2? Supporting the Zone Director and Middle East teams? Planning and organizing meetings and seminars? Preparing visas for country visits3? Budget management? Generating POs and new providers? Managing travel expense and preparing expense reports4? Others? Ordering business cards, office supplies, conference call accounts, webex accounts etc...? Compiling PowerPoint presentations. Might support with some consolidation of information/presentations.? Handling diverse administrative tasks.Sales & Marketing Coordinator:? Budget file managemento Book invoiceso Update budget file & follow up with Export team? Single point of contact of export for:o Admin, product spec, artworks questionso Claims: Coordinate and follow-up on consumers and customers questions and claims (incl from our digital channels)o Sharing Q&As with relevant partners? Marketing admin support:o Coordinating & sharing product information (master data) with partners and internal teamso Send samples to the distributors partnerso Keep export product catalogue up-to-dateo Upload of assets on brand platformo Coordinate and Follow up on activation material with marketing agencies & partners.o Follow up on website (new product images & info)o Extract of sell out data from databases (Nielsen & Storenext)? Commercial admin supporto Pricing in SAP & communication to distributors partnerso Volume forecast in SAPo Register new products & revise code changes in SAPo Follow up, collect and collate sell-out figures from partners.? Extract of Shipment data from SAP.
