Position OverviewYou will be a part of a dynamic Sales and Marketing Team which reports into the Middle-East Commercial Director. You will be working with the UAE Sales & Marketing Analyst. Your primary role will be to support the Commercial teams in their daily sales and marketing activities in the Middle East Region. Responsibilities include:1. Works closely with the Sales teams and supports them in their daily prospecting activities. Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary. 2. Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with support documents like company profiles using secondary data sources such as Hoovers, GlobalData, Analyst reports, public information et cetera. 3. Takes part in the sales meetings to know the ongoing progress of the sales activities. Takes meeting notes and helps in updating the prospect progress tracker.4. Plays an active role in the maintenance and administration of CRM related activities such as resolving CRM user queries, building CRM-based reports etc.5. Collaborating with the Commercial Team to support the roll-out of the marketing strategy 6. Work with the Sales and Marketing team in creation of Marketing Materials, Case Studies and Presentation7. Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation by conducting peer reviews8. Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team9. Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents10. Updating and maintaining regional Intranet Page and other Social Media accounts as needed. Knowledge of SharePoint will be an added advantage.Education and Experience Required:? Bachelor?s degree.? Experience with CRM tools like Oracle Sales Cloud ? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint? Having a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage
