Responsibilities:* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.* Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.* Coordinate with marketing department to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales strategies.* Analyse sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.* Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients.* Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts to senior management.Requirements:* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.* Experience in recycling, treatment and processing of recyclable waste is a MUST* 3+ Years of experience in a similar Industries (recycling, E-Waste, specialized waste, ITAD?or Waste Management) with a proven track record of success.* Strong sales and negotiation skills* UAE Driving License + Own Car* Ability to develop and implement sales strategies* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets* Knowledge of the corporate services industry* Ability to build and maintain client relationshipsInterested may contact me at hr@edgerealty.ae
