We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in expanding our market presence. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts within the MDF and chipboard sector. This individual will develop long-lasting relationships with customers, identify new sales opportunities, and work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.As the Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the growth of our business by leveraging your industry knowledge, sales skills, and customer-focused approach to achieve sales targets and drive profitability.Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on the MDF and chipboard product lines.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, furniture manufacturers, and suppliers. Identify new leads and develop strategies to convert them into long-term customers.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position our products effectively and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Order Fulfillment Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, from initial inquiry to delivery. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet client expectations.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, handling concerns, and providing technical support related to our products.
