Job Description

Overview of the roleThe Sales Manager is responsible in driving commercial growth of Freight Forwarding business by efficient management of strategic & field sales and Key Account Management (KAM) channels within UAE and support freight management in regional expansion, establishing Freight and Local Services within GCC locations where organization intends to start operation.What you will do

  • Manage & deliver sales budget set for the financial year
  • Identify and develop new client base
  • Develop strong presence of AFL amongst Multinational Companies in UAE
  • Liaise with other sales channels, including network partners, regarding customers of global potential
  • Evaluate sales successes and failures to optimize efforts and identify issues
  • Business development by value addition selling
  • Retention of existing Customers
  • Performance reporting
  • Recruit and groom Sales Team for Strategic and Field Sales
  • Capturing sales activities of self and team
