Position: Sales Manager ? Business Setup, Company Formation & ConsultingKey Responsibilities:? Work effectively to achieve individual and department sales targets, goals, and objectives andstrive consistently to create outstanding customer engagement.? Overseeing all sales, promotions, and campaigns.? Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales staff.? Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally? Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures? Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.? Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.? Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.? Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.? Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.? Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.? Setting sales targets and goals? Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team? Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.? Defining and executing territory sales plans? Update the CRM (Zoho) and accurately manage each allocated inquiry.? Ensure detailed and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reporting, in line withCompany requirements.Requirements and Skills:? Has extensive UAE company incorporation/business setup expertise.? Well-experienced and has a solid understanding of onshore and offshore company formation.? Has outstanding sales, managing teams, networking, and business development skills.? Must be a passionate go-getter, capable of managing clients with limited supervision.? Knowledgeable in using CRM tools (Preferably Zoho CRM)? Outstanding Sales & presentation skills and a positive attitude.? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, other language is a plus.? Must hold a Bachelor?s degree.3 to 5 years experience in company setup in the United Arab EmiratesSalary & Compensation: Competitive as per Industry Standards
