Position: Procurement ManagerLocation: Al Ras, DubaiJob Type: Full-timeResponsibilities:As a Procurement Manager you will play a pivotal role in our supply chain management.You will be responsible for:Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Collaborate with legal and other relevant departments to finalize agreements.Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain. Implement risk management strategies to ensure continuity of supply.Cost Control: Monitor and analyze procurement costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master?s degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.Strong negotiation and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supply chain management.Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Leadership and team management skills.
