Sales ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEResponsibilities :•Create sales plans in alignment with the monthly target and business objectives•Maintain excellent business relationship with existing and new clientele.•Report on sales activities and results•Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them•Submission of monthly sales forecast and ensuring the projected numbers are achieved.•Involvement in sales perspective in ongoing and new projects•Working closely with the team members.•Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth•Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions•Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition•Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfactionSkills :•Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Sales consultant, or similar senior sales role•Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)•Understanding the need of hotels / resorts / F&B developments / theme parks etc.•Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team, at a later stage.•Excellent communication skills in English.•Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
