We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction and industrial sectors within the UAE. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage contracts, drive profitability, and foster client relationships.Key Responsibilities:?Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.?Lead contract negotiations and manage all commercial agreements.?Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.?Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and contractual obligations.?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.?Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.Requirements:?Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Manager in construction or industrial projects in the UAE.?Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and regulations.?Expertise in contract management, procurement, and budgeting.?Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.?Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master?s degree is a plus).?Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.?Valid UAE driving license.
