Job Description

The Sales Manager role in the Facilities & Property Management industry in Dubai is a pivotal position that drives revenue growth and enhances customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead a sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and foster strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the property management sector and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  5. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  6. Monitor sales performance metrics and report on sales forecasts and results.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  9. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
