Job Description

Sales ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :?Ensure seamless dissemination of all corporate and hotel policies, as well as standard operating procedures, to colleagues.?Understand and adhere to the MOHG Code of Conduct, guaranteeing that all business activities and decisions align with general law, rules, regulations, and other requirements.?Promote a comprehensive understanding and support for the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai Human Resources Strategic Policy in all aspects.?Take all necessary measures to safeguard stored information and prevent unauthorized disclosure or transfer of personal data concerning guests, customers, or colleagues, as well as confidential hotel information.?Avoid using the hotels network, computers, or internet access for unreasonable or inappropriate purposes, such as gambling, chatrooms, or pornographic material, which is a serious breach of hotel policy and may result in summary dismissal.?Support and adhere to all Safe, Sound, and Sustainable policies and procedures at Mandarin Oriental.?Ensure compliance with the MOHG Social Media Policy, taking full responsibility for published content on any social media platform, including personal sites.?Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai strictly prohibits all forms of harassment or discrimination, ensuring equal treatment based on factors like gender, disability, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, sexual orientation, marital status, or any other reason.?Serve as a dedicated hotel ambassador at all times.?Perform additional duties requested by management related to hotel operational activities.?Develop and manage local and international corporate business, government, MICE, and leisure accounts to achieve maximum acceptance in RFPs.?Nurture business travel agent accounts (BTA) according to the set business mix strategy.?Closely monitor the market and competition, reporting on potential threats and opportunities
