-Leadership Role-Opportunity to make a positive impactOur client is an online booking platform, comprehensive 100% insurance coverage, and a commitment to absolute pricing transparencyThe JobKey Responsibilities:B2B Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales and marketing strategy to grow partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and event management companies.Client Acquisition: Identify potential B2B clients and actively engage with them through direct marketing activities, including cold calling, networking events, and face-to-face meetings.Partnerships and Alliances: Establish strategic partnerships with complementary luxury brands and services to enhance MKV presence and offer value-added services.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative marketing initiatives.Sales Targets: Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular reporting on progress and performance.Event Participation: Represent MKV at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads and raise brand awareness.Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring all activities deliver maximum ROI.Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery for B2B clients.Ideal CandidateRequirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the luxury car rental, automotive, or high-end hospitality industries, with a strong focus on B2B.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating and closing B2B sales through direct marketing efforts.Skills:Strong understanding of direct marketing tactics and B2B lead generation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and optimize performance.Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering ROI.Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
