Sales ManagerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the maritime industry, including ship owners and management companies.•Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.•Understand the unique needs of each key account and tailor solutions to meet their specific demands.•Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, maximizing revenue potential.•Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts.•Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess satisfaction, address issues, and identify areas for improvement.•Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.•Prepare and present reports on key account performance, sales activities, and market insights to management.•Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand the company’s presence and generate leads.•Focus on forecasting and proactive business planning.Qualifications :•Bachelor’s degree in Marine Industry or Marine Engineering is required.•Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Marine Sales Officer.•In-depth knowledge of shipchandler and marine services, including vessel operations and industry regulations.•Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.•Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.•Fluency in English and marine terminology (additional languages are a plus).
