Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve the companys sales targets and objectives. They will develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and market share in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Manager will also build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The main focus of this role is on sales of hardware and building tools, safety equipment, and power tools.Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  2. Strong leadership and management skills
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  5. Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
