Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to ensure high performance and motivation.
  • Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
