Job Description

A Sales Manager in the oil and gas industry with experience in the petrochemical field is needed. Knowledge of hedging is a plus. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets within the oil and gas industry. This role requires strong knowledge of the industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  4. Negotiate and close sales contracts
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  9. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the company
  10. Manage a team of sales professionals
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in the petrochemical field
  2. Knowledge of hedging is a plus
  3. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets within the industry
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
  6. Good understanding of market trends and industry dynamics
  7. Leadership and team management skills
