Job Description

Polymedia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales efforts for complex˙Audio Visual Technologies based Systems Integration Projects˙in the United Arab Emirates.Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record of discovering and exploring business opportunities; soliciting and securing Audio-Visual Systems Integration projects˙(valued at $ 1 Million and above)˙by locating, developing, defining, and closing project sales orders while undertaking the identification & organization of client needs and engineering solutions.Job Duties:

  • Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing technical and commercial proposals, and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota in support of business plans.
  • Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
