Following established sales processes and guidelines to promote range of products.
Need to have expertise in instrumentation products such as BTU meters, Flow meters, Mbus Data concentrators, water quality sensors such as PH/Conductivity/Turbidity/Ammonia etc.
Generating sales and developing future business through existing and new customers, including end-users and contractors
Work closely with internal sales to ensure quotations are sent on time, follow up on deliveries and ensuring payments are received.
Following up on quotations, manage opportunities, develop leads, and establish contacts using CRM tools
Develop strong relationships with target customers including contractors, consultants, system integrators and developers within the territory, and uphold the image and reputation of the company.
Actively engaging in the market through visits, meetings, and interactions with customers, focusing on understanding customer needs and highlighting the value of our products
Gathering competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions.
