Job Description

Their main duties include designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients, promoters , guests and evaluating costs to determine the project for each concept in the Papa Restaurants, Lounge and Cafe

  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Tele Sales
  • Directing and coordinating all Events activities, special Offers, Banquets, corporate events etc.
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures with the Managing Director and Finance.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving guests, promoters, clients queries and feedback regarding the services offered
  • Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
  • Advising Promoters, clients on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the company and [prepare the contract accordingly.
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and promoters
  • Setting sales quotas and goals
  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team and with the coordination with the other departments and operations
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans
