Job Description

Kalite is a nationwide, commercial AV integrator. We design, install, and service professional sound, video, and lighting systems for businesses. We are looking for a Sales Manager with high sales potential & outstanding team management skills.Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales by successfully managing the sales.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company?s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Training and performance monitoring of team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Manage team and drive sales target.
  • Support the team to close the sales.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Identify, research, and target new business opportunities and markets.
