Responsibilities:Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the car rental industry in Dubai.Identify potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual customers, and engage them in meaningful discussions to understand their needs and requirements.Present our car rental services, pricing options, and promotional offers to clients, emphasising the unique value proposition of our company.Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring the terms and conditions meet the needs of both parties.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of car rental bookings and services.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and company.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of 3-7 years in car rental sales, preferably in Dubai.In-depth knowledge of the car rental industry, including market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
