Identify growth opportunities for various businesses, Motivating the teams to perform.Key Responsibility Area

  • Managing the entire bulk of understand staples commodities such as Rice & Pulses.
  • Prepare Sales plan and sales targets based on the potential of the market
  • Ensure Sales plan achievement in all the territories of the region based on market potential and sales achievements of sales team and trade and ensure that profit margins/targets are achieved.
  • Planning and supervision of Agri commodity Business to Business sales.
  • Promotion planning to boost sales and attain the required margin
  • Responsible for building vendor base, onboarding new vendors
  • Create and ensure achievement of long-term growth plan for the region by understanding market segmentation product fitment.
